My car's battery died twice within a week, and I had exceptional service both times that I used Smitty's Towing! Daniel and Kyle were the two staff members who assisted me, and both of them were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. While I ended up finding out that my battery was faulty, both Daniel and Kyle provided an explanation and recommendations on how to extend the life of car batteries. They also called to give me an update on their ETA, which was appreciated, and they both arrived earlier than expected. I highly recommend this company!

Smitty’s towing got me out of a real jam. I had a Blow out on the freeway on the hard shoulder my tire came off the rim and was flapping. I barely had time to think and put my truck on the hard shoulder. Problem was it was up hill in the shade so motorists could not see so well as the sun was in their eyes. Added to this the cell reception was not great. The tire was on the drivers side so that meant the technician, I think his name was James, had to be with his back to the traffic as he had to lay on his side to get the chains from the winch to the underside of my truck. The bed tilted and the hydraulics pulled the truck up like toy. The technician was very professional, smart and friendly. We chatted as he drove me and my truck back home. What on the onset was crappy advent sitting by the road side actually turned into a fun adventure. I highly recommend this company company local and trustworthy.Shout out also to AAA road side assistance.
