I have used Smitty's twice. Their front office is responsive (Andrea?) and the tow truck guys are always polite.

My Ram promaster campervan had a breakdown on the highway at night, had a very professionnel and helpful lady on the phone that immediately sent a tower. Everything went perfectly and the price was more than fair given the task. Special thanks to Anthony that has been very nice and friendly on top of being super efficient ! Would recommend !

My driver 2 nights ago - outstanding gentleman- Volvo C70 transmission goes out - I was gonna have it towed to Los Olivos - he suggested Swede Automotive for the following morning- outstanding decision - he was completely professional - held the vehicle in town until I confirmed services could be performed by Swede- called the next morning to confirm- appt scheduled he towed and it was a great decision. Excellent recommendation and follow through - can't ask more than that - 👍

Got stuck in a ditch late this morning, one call to smitty’s towing and they arrived with in an hour. Shout out to Nick for being professional and getting the job done! Great job you guys.

Yuck, who likes to get towed for anything... Well it happened, and I had the pleasure of getting greeted by Dave. Dave was professional and smiling, and put my anxiety aside. I feel like he enjoyed the customers and improved my tow experience. Top Tier customer service and a delight... Smittys had a wonderful, clean flatbed come and was timely. This is definitely when most customers would say is not out best moment... But thank you, Dave coming in happy and friendly to haul my EV baby away... PS. I lucked up and got this company via AAA.

Our insurance company contacted Smitty’s towing to tow our car to the autobody repair shop after it was involved in an accident. Mike Rivera was the tow truck operator that showed up. Mike was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful and took great care of our car and his customer service skills made us much more comfortable and calm. Thank you Mike! Made a mistake earlier on smittys that bad raining was for a different tow service! These guys were great!! Showed up when they said the would!! The Gentleman that helped was very helpful friendly . A1 customer service!

Anthony got my car out of a tight spot with no problems when I was in need of a tow. He was so fast and careful, I dont think anyo e new I was being towed. Great job. I appreciate you and the whole Smittys team.

Had a 30 foot Moving van plunged of road into the mud and 3 tow companies there to try to retrieve the unit to no avail. Called Smittys and they had the truck out in a short time. Very nice equipment!! Next time they will be my first call… Thanks guys (and gals)
